Remote Control
OPENROAD 6000Lbs 12 Volt Electric Winch adds two new wireless remote controls, and the previous remote control adds a Moss to make the signal transmission of the remote control more stable. Unobstructed transmission range up to 100 feet.
Braking System
Braking action is automatically applied to the winch drum when the winch motor is stopped and there is a load on the winch cable.
Winch Drum
The winch drum is the cylinder on which the wire rope is stored. It can feed or wind the rope depending on the remote winch switch signal.
Planetary Gear System
The reduction gears convert the winch motor power into extreme pulling forces. This system allows high torque while maintaining compact size and light weight.
Free Spooling Clutch
The clutch allows the operator to manually disengage "Out the spooling drum from the gear train, free spool. Engaging the clutch "In" locks the winch into the gear system.

It’s a great winch, it performs just the way it’s meant to and it fits perfect in front of my can am x3. Had no issues wiring it up and easy to use, money well spend for sure.
I haven't had time to install this yet due to weather and my work schedule, however the instructions seem pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Overall this is an amazing looking product and appears to be very well built. I can't wait to try it out! Can't beat it for the money! And kudos to their customer service team for reaching out to me early in the purchase process which ultimately saved me even more money!
Had some problems with the shipper. Wireless remote didn't work properly, but Lulu sent me another one, working fine now. FedX had it lost for about two weeks.
Great little winch easy to install.. my only issue I have is the line speed. This is my second winch I have bought and used.. I wish they sold there older 9k winch
Great winch, great customer service. Remote stopped working after one use. Emailed customer service and it was a simple fix, just hold the in and out buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. That should reset your Remote.
So far so good, I've only opened the box. The fit and finish look solid. The poor English instructions are fun to decipher. Time will tell how good it does once installed. I'll report back.
