Great product but they need to stop advertising products that are NOT available. They also need to take some of the money that they are spending on content, advertising and expos and invest into Customer Service. They should also retrain their current staff to practice one call/contact resolution instead of giving single non helpful responses which cause the customer to have to email back just to have to wait 3-6 weeks for a response.
Let me know if you have any other questions or would like some help in your restructuring to support an amazing product!

The 180 Awning sides are a must have. They are of high quality and they use a super easy zipper system for attaching the sides to the awning. There is lots of space inside to cook, relax and even sleep.
Easy to install the sidewalls, was actually harder to remove them than put them up because zipper kept wanting to grab at material around it. Downside though is it is an incomplete enclosure for anything but a full size van or suv that is mounted mid vehicle, then the vehicle forms the last side. With a truck or any other vehicle it leaves it open still. With the zippers available it would be nice to get a full enclosed area like you expect when you see some pictures of it. Or if you have 2 180s, panels you can put to bridge the 2 sides and the tops. Other makers have the canopy bridger for theirs, would like to see the same for yours.
I love the awning with walls. Not happy my awning cover had a cut in it. When I opened the box to install. Ask customer service to replace it. Waiting to here back. Waiting for the end walls to ship!
The awning is nice and rugged, no issues there. But the "sides," there are three pieces that make up the front, but zero panels in the back. There are zippers for them on the adjacent sides and the awning top, but no panels. This this is pretty useless with out the additional 2 panels for the rear. Rain, bugs, everything just walks right in. OpenRoad, YOU NEED TO INCLUDE THE BACK FABRIC 2 pieces, this thing is useless without it. Please reply before I send it back. Please engineer and deliver these pieces to the people that bought the 180 sides with out charge.. this is really kinda bad from the deviation on what you are offering.
The sides are ok but not really useful. They do not form a room. Bugs can easily get in. They are long. They are all black, which is depressing. I honestly don’t know what they are for.
I keep getting a message wanting me to review my wall kit. It says it’s been 3 weeks since it was shipped but I haven’t received it. Not really sure what to think anymore.
The walls are very easy to install but I would like to see an option in the future to fully enclose the sides. After we installed the walls, you can see additional zippers which makes me believe this could be possible to make this 5 walls and not just the 3. Overall good quality.
