To submit a valid entry, participants must complete ALL steps:

(1) On the designated social post, like + comment + share/repost (comment content per post prompt; examples: rig/year, a short answer, or an emoji; if the post asks to tag your handle or friends, follow the post instructions).

(2)Follow @OPENROAD (if specified as an eligibility requirement).

(3)Complete the entry form on this page (name, email, region, vehicle/year, social handle, etc.).

Only entries with the website form are valid. Social actions support eligibility verification and engagement metrics.

Age: Open to individuals 18 years or older.

Territory: Open in regions where OPENROAD can ship (e.g., US/US+CA as posted on the page); void where prohibited.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/email/social handle; duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.

Compliance: No bots, scripts, or bulk-entry mechanisms.

Grand Prize (1): Super Gear Bundle (ARV approx. US$1,500; exact items as listed on the page or reveal post)

Second Prize (5): Hot-selling Gear Bundles (ARV approx. US$1,000 each)

Third Prize (30): Branded mug + electronic accessory voucher (voucher face value as posted; e.g., US$80 each)

If an item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable, unless required by law.

List Freeze: After the deadline (Nov 25, 2025, 11:59 PM ET), the entry list is frozen; Sponsor will de-duplicate by email/device/handle and remove ineligible entries (e.g., under 18, outside territory, incomplete info).

Random Draw: Winners are selected via a random drawing tool; Sponsor will screen-record and keep logs for audit. Reveal order: Third → Second → Grand.

Verification: Prospective winners are subject to verification (e.g., following @OPENROAD, having commented on the post, age/territory). Failure to verify or to respond within 72 hours will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

Announcement: Winners will be posted on the Promotion page on Nov 26, 2025 (with social highlights).

Winners will be notified via site announcement and email. Winners must respond within 72 hours with required information (shipping address, fitment details, etc.). Failure to respond or to meet eligibility will result in forfeiture and an alternate selection.

Prizes will be delivered in physical and/or electronic form; fulfillment will be completed by Dec 5, 2025.

Taxes: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Shipping: Per OPENROAD shipping policy. Fitment is based on the vehicle/year provided; equal-value substitutions may apply as needed.

By participating and/or posting content with the campaign hashtag(s), you grant OPENROAD a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content (UGC) for Promotion-related purposes across websites, social media, PR, and advertising. Sponsor may make reasonable edits for compliance without distorting the original meaning.

You represent and warrant you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Information collected via the entry form is used for communication, eligibility verification, and prize fulfillment and handled per OPENROAD’s Privacy Policy ([insert URL]).

De-identified/aggregated data may be used for analytics and reporting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications that are late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or interrupted due to network/platform/device issues or force majeure, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and bear no responsibility; use of such platforms must comply with their terms.

If the Promotion is disrupted by events beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, supply interruptions), Sponsor may postpone, adjust, or cancel the Promotion and will announce updates on the page.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify rules reasonably and disqualify entries suspected of abuse or non-compliance. The page announcement controls.

Governed by the laws of the State of New York (without regard to conflicts of law). Courts with proper jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue.

Void where prohibited.
