Including but not limited to the following situations, free shipping is not supported:

The warehouse delivery system shows that free shipping is not available in remote areas, and you may need to bear part of the shipping costs.

If free shipping is not available in remote areas, our customer service staff will contact the customer and send a screenshot of the warehouse backend to confirm the remote area. Since the warehouse backend system uses postal codes to identify whether it belongs to remote areas, remote postal codes are not listed here. Please refer to the actual address, thank you for your understanding.

Verification
Once your order is authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing it as soon as we confirm your order. It is difficult for us to change or cancel your order within this time frame, but we will do our best to support your request.
