HOW OPENROAD REWARDS WORK

    Every $1 spent = 1 point

  2. Redeem Rewards

    Use your points to redeem discount coupons, product vouchers, and exclusive member rewards.

  3. Use Your Rewards

    Select your reward in the Rewards panel and follow the instructions to apply it to an eligible order.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Points are valid for 2 years from the date earned.
  • Log in to your OPENROAD account to earn and redeem points.
  • Reward availability and redemption requirements may vary.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do I earn points?
You'll earn points on every purchase you make with us through our official website. Points are automatically credited to your account after each qualifying purchase is completed. Other activities, such as writing reviews or following our social media accounts, can accumulate corresponding points as well.
How many points do I earn per purchase?
For every $1 spent, you earn 1 points. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
When will I receive my points?
Points are typically credited to your account immediately after your purchase is completed and payment is confirmed.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 2 years from the date they were earned if unused. We recommend checking your point balance regularly and using your points before they expire.
How can I use my points?
You can redeem your Openroad points for discount coupons or physical products. Here’s how the points translate into discounts:
• 10,000 points → $200 off coupon
• 5,000 points → $100 off coupon
• 500 points → $10 off coupon
In addition to coupons, you can also exchange your points for selected physical products in the rewards section.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points cannot be transferred between accounts. Points are non-transferable and non-assignable.
Can my points be redeemed for cash?
No, points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.
