First day out on the trail 2023 Honda talon four seater. We got it stuck really good the winch did his job pulled us right out without a problem.

This winch is great to use on an atv or a trailer. I keep it mounted at the front of my trailer in case there is something I need to pull up on the trailer. Plenty of power for the size and great

I bought this to go on my car hauler trailer. I'm waiting for some nice weather to install it. I am confident that it will work perfectly.

I haven't had time to install this yet due to weather and my work schedule, however the instructions seem pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Overall this is an amazing looking product and appears to be very well built. I can't wait to try it out! Can't beat it for the money! And kudos to their customer service team for reaching out to me early in the purchase process which ultimately saved me even more money!
Had some problems with the shipper. Wireless remote didn't work properly, but Lulu sent me another one, working fine now. FedX had it lost for about two weeks.

Great little winch easy to install.. my only issue I have is the line speed. This is my second winch I have bought and used.. I wish they sold there older 9k winch

Great winch, great customer service. Remote stopped working after one use. Emailed customer service and it was a simple fix, just hold the in and out buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. That should reset your Remote.

So far so good, I've only opened the box. The fit and finish look solid. The poor English instructions are fun to decipher. Time will tell how good it does once installed. I'll report back.
