Placed an order Dec.1st. never got a tracking number and order sat in unfulfilled status. Emailed got reply middle of the night from a woman that package was shipped and she would forward tracking when it came available. Never received any thing from her so emailed again finally 12-12 received email back that an exception happened in shipping, and she would get back to me well nothing yet from her. I was able to read on the screen shot the tracking number put it in and it says package was damaged on Dec. 4th during shipment to next facility. So that package has sat from the 4th to the 12th and still there because no tracking was never given to me. Very disappointed in how this whole thing has been handled. Will be waiting for a response back. Dealt I will get it by Christmas it was a gift for my husband.

Very heavy unit. I don't think you could damage this if you wanted to. I was laughing with a fellow jeep friend. He said I may need to put stronger springs on my jeep just to carry it around. It was a joke. It's not really that heavy. But you can tell by looking at it, that it's well built. There is only one thing that I wish was different on it. the protectors that go in the D rings. They make a kind of protector that clips in by a part of the protecters wrapping around the D rings. I already know I will lose one of them the first time I use them.

I just used this to pull out a dually truck that was stuck in a ditch off a farm gravel road with my Tacoma. Rope is great reduces shock and makes recovering much easier. I also use a smaller Bubba Rope for pulling a Dory away from the water on the beach. These ropes so far work great, highly recommend. Just keep them from rubbing on anything when you pull.
