For 3 years from the date of purchase, OPENROAD will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. OPENROAD will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation. This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from OPENROAD4wd.com or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims.
Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:
(1)Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use
(2)Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, etc.)
(3)Damage caused by acts of nature (storm damage,wind damage, etc.)
(4)If the product is arbitrarily repaired or modified by the customer.
