These soft shackles are VERY strong, well made and easy to use. I recommend them over steel shackles.

Both shackles have survived a number of fullsize race truck extractions. We still carry 2 metal shackles but the majority of the time the soft shackle is easier to rig. The soft shackles are so easy to pack away that we carry 4 of them now as we have been in more than one situation where 2 wasn't sufficient. For the price Openroad shackles are the best inexpensive 1/2" rope shackles we have used.

I have not used these except to test them out by pulling on them with my tractor. They are well constructed of quality materials. I can’t wait to pull down a few trees and tug on a few stuck

They worked great for a recovery. The soft shackles and strap did great and really softened the initial yank. Love it
Love these things! I have dropped a muddy D-ring in the mud many times because they are so heavy. You can tuck these under your arm so you can use both hands.

Work as expected at a good price
Nice soft shackles, especially for the price! They are on the stiffer side of soft shackles when new, but after a couple of uses, they become more limber and easier to use. So far, they have held up very well after multiple uses. I would definitely buy them again.

These shackles are well build and look like they are going to aide in any recovery I attempt. I like having quality equipment! I would recommend Open Road to other people.
Chomping at the bit to get out and explore. Hopefully not need the soft shackles but if we do we got em!

This product was paired with 3”X30’ straps 30,000 pound rated straps to tear out 10’ bushes and had no issues with it coming loose. These are definitely a great buy for any landscapers tree service or anything like that to lengthen the life of those straps you spend so much money on.

They seem very well built and sturdy I have no doubt they will hold up The quality they seem well built plus come with a a nice full protective sleeve and a nice carrying bag can't wait to test them out
