Camp Upgrade Challenge Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. Sponsor

The OPENROAD Camp Upgrade Challenge (the "Promotion") is sponsored by OPENROAD Official Brand ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Promotion may be sent to info@openroad4wd.com.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 1, 2026 and ends at 7:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Eastern Time means New York local time. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit https://openroad4wd.com/pages/camp-upgrade-challenge, complete the entry form with accurate information, confirm agreement to these Official Rules, and submit the form.

Each verified unique registration receives one (1) base entry. Limit one base entry per person and per email address. Marketing email consent, social media profile information, purchase, social media following, liking, commenting, posting, and sharing are not required to enter.

6. Referral Entries

After registration, an entrant may receive a unique referral link. Each verified unique person who completes a valid registration through that link during the Promotion Period gives the referring entrant one (1) additional entry.

Duplicate registrations, self-referrals, registrations generated by bots or automation, fabricated identities, temporary or disposable emails, and other invalid or abusive activity will not count. Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or undermine the integrity of the Promotion.

7. Headline Prize Drawings

Sponsor will conduct the following random headline prize drawings at or promptly after 8:00 PM ET on the listed dates:

Entries remain eligible for later headline drawings. A person who wins an earlier prize remains eligible to win in later drawings.

8. Community Milestone Drawings

Community milestone drawings are based on the total number of verified unique registrations recorded during the Promotion Period. When Sponsor verifies that a milestone has been reached, Sponsor will activate and conduct the corresponding random drawing at or promptly after verification.

Each milestone drawing is separate. A milestone prize is not a gift sent to every entrant. If a milestone is not reached and verified during the Promotion Period, the corresponding milestone prize will not be awarded.

9. Winner Selection, Odds, and Verification

Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from the applicable eligible entry pool. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Referral entries increase a referring entrant's number of entries in applicable drawings but do not guarantee a prize.

Potential winners are subject to Sponsor's verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

10. Winner Notification and Claim

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted with their registration. A potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after the notification is sent and may be required to complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax form, and other reasonably requested documents.

11. Prizes, Delivery, and Taxes

Prize details, quantities, and ARVs are listed above.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, installation, vehicle compatibility checks, permits, site access, and costs not expressly stated as included. Sponsor will arrange [CONFIRM STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS FOR ALL 50 STATES AND D.C., INCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII].

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner's name, city and state, likeness, voice, and prize information for Promotion-related advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

15. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy: https://openroad4wd.com/policies/privacy-policy. Marketing emails are optional and are not required for entry.

16. Social Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social platform. Entrants release those platforms from claims related to this Promotion to the extent permitted by law. Information is provided to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

17. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from the Promotion will be governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and resolved in the courts located in Jiading District, Shanghai. Insert final dispute-resolution language after legal review.

18. Winners List

For a winners list, send a request to info@openroad4wd.com with the subject line "OPENROAD Camp Upgrade Challenge Winners List" no later than June 30, 2026. Where required by law, Sponsor will make winner information available to the appropriate authorities.
