Does everyone receive a milestone prize?
No. Each verified milestone activates the listed bonus drawing. Every eligible entrant in that drawing can win, but milestone prizes are not gifts sent to every participant.
What happens on June 12, June 19, and June 30?
The headline prizes are drawn at 8:00 PM New York time on each fixed date: the 270 Degree Awning Trail Series on June 12, the 270 Degree Adventure Awning + Sidewall on June 19, and the Ultimate Camp Upgrade Setup on June 30. Valid entries remain active across later rounds, even after a participant wins an earlier prize.
Do I have to attend the TX Campout to enter?
No. The Camp Upgrade Challenge is an online giveaway that is free to enter from anywhere in the eligible region. The TX Campout (June 19-21 at Sandlins Camp on the Brazos in Nemo, TX) is an optional in-person weekend with its own separate on-site raffle.
How and when will I know if I won?
Winners are notified by email at the address used to register, typically within 5 business days of each draw, and announced on @openroad_4wd. Prizes ship free within the US — no shipping cost to winners. Add info@openroad4wd.com to your contacts so the notice does not land in spam.
How do referrals work?
After you register, you receive a personal link. Every valid unique registration through that link moves the community bar and adds exactly +1 entry to your name. Duplicate emails and self-referrals do not count.
Is entry free?
Yes. No purchase is necessary. The promotion is open to eligible residents of all 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. See the Official Rules.
