Truck delivery to your home in the US.

Ship within 3~7 working days.

Your rooftop tent will be delivered by commercial carrier, and please noted that you are required to show up on the delivery day. The truck driver will contact you to confirm a delivery time. The average shipping time approximately 1-2weeks.

1. The delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.

2. Your rooftop tent will be delivered at the curbside at the end of your driveway.

Arrival Day for the Rooftop Tent:

We recommend inspecting your OPENROAD rooftop tent before the delivery driver departs. If any damage is observed, please note it on the shipping receipt, as this will assist in the replacement/return process if your rooftop tent needs to be rejected. Please understand that the driver is not responsible for bringing the rooftop tent to your garage, house, backyard, or any location other than the curbside near your home.

Additionally, the driver will not assist in unpacking or setting up the rooftop tent. Delivery services for rooftop tents are not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or Rio de Janeiro.

The type of rooftop tent which you can install depends on your vehicle roof capacity.

The Soft Roof Top Tent Series has a load capacity of 660 pounds, we recommend do not over load the tent.
