Your OPENROAD rooftop tent will be delivered free of charge through a common carrier. Please note that you are required to be present during the delivery of the rooftop tent. The carrier will contact you to confirm the delivery time, and we anticipate the delivery to occur approximately 1-2 weeks after the carrier picks up the rooftop tent from OPENROAD.

Expected Steps:

1. The delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.

2. Your rooftop tent will be delivered at the curbside at the end of your driveway.

Arrival Day for the Rooftop Tent:

We recommend inspecting your OPENROAD rooftop tent before the delivery driver departs. If any damage is observed, please note it on the shipping receipt, as this will assist in the replacement/return process if your rooftop tent needs to be rejected. Please understand that the driver is not responsible for bringing the rooftop tent to your garage, house, backyard, or any location other than the curbside near your home.

Additionally, the driver will not assist in unpacking or setting up the rooftop tent. Delivery services for rooftop tents are not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or Rio de Janeiro.

All accessories are stored inside the tent, so please open the tent upon receipt to access them.

The type of rooftop tent you can install now depends on the roof area (larger than the rooftop tent dimensions of 85"×52") and the vehicle's load capacity.

The PeakRoof LT Series has a load capacity of 660 pounds, which means it is designed to support loads below this weight, including occupants and gear.
