One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a product. Fast shipping and outstanding customer service. The quality of the awning is amazing. Everyone that has seen it is impressed and several want to upgrade to an Openroad awning. I plan on adding the shower awning.
Yawning is great. The deal that I bought came with a chair, a table and a light but for some reason I got a table and a sleeping bag would've been nice to get the light in the chair since that was the reason I bought the package in the first place, wrote to them about it, and never got a reply. Otherwise, the awning itself is awesome
I emailed about my order because I was sent the wrong awning. I ordered a passenger side and was sent a driver side. I have gotten no response back from the company on how they are going to handle this issue.
